How It Works
Kickoff - We begin our engagement by getting to know each other, and formulating what we want to achieve together
Planning - Based on what we learned from the kickoff, we’ll create a research that reflects the goals, timelines, methods, and next steps for the project
Research - We’ll recruit participants, moderate sessions, and analyze data in collaboration with your teams (or solo!) to keep everyone involved & in the loop
Share-Out - We host a final share of research outputs, service designs, and any other outcomes, artifacts and insights we create along the way
